The entry way with my Lang boxes and lanterns. I love lanterns.
Dresser in the dining room with some of my new and old Partylite pieces. I love the wire apothecary with the Christmas balls.
Our Christmas Tree
We weren't going to get a Christmas tree this year because the 9-10 foot tree we like to get is about $150. Hubby surprised me with the awesome little 6 foot tree (for $25!) and then built the stand for it so it stands taller. We actually really like this set up and I think we are going to do this every year. It is up off the ground so the cat leaves it alone, Bubba leaves it alone, it takes less lights, you can see the packages under it (trust me, they look great) and it is way cheaper!
We are carrying on a tradition from my childhood and getting the kids a Hallmark ornament every year. They ones we got this year really suit the kids personalities ( Peanut picked her own). My mom is also slowly giving me mine, so we are adding them to the tree.

The mantle
I really like our mantle this year, especially compared to last year. We are searching for the right mirror to go over it and I have a few more ideas for next year.

Peanut's annual gingerbread house
Nana and Peanut have started their own tradition of making a gingerbread house every year. This years house turned out really cute. It is sitting on the island.
Well that is a quick run down of a few of our Christmas decorations. I would love to see what you did for decorations. Please share you blog or photo link so I can check them out and steal some of your great ideas!
